Lis Wiehl works as an American journalist and legal analyst who used to be the Fox News analyst.
She's an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, and formerly was an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She's been a legal analyst for the National Public Radio's radio program and the Radio Factor of Bill O'Reilly. She appeared regularly for The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today, The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly, The Kelly File with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl was raised in Yakima and attended West Valley High School. She received a bachelor's degree in English from Barnard College in 1983, an MA in Arts in Literature at the University of Queensland in 1985 and then a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl was a prosecutor for the US Attorney's office. The correspondent was a lawyer for the NPR program All Things Considered. She served as "the assistant chief investigator of Democrats within the House Judiciary Committee at the moment of Clinton's impeachment." From 1995 to 2001, she was a tenured professor of the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle in which she was the director of the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl worked as an analyst for Fox News legal analyst from 2001-2017.
